Oatvana was born with the simple idea to make breakfast nourishing, satisfying, and stress-free - even on your busiest days. I was always looking for a breakfast or snack that actually kept me full, made me feel good, and didn’t require much effort - so I discovered overnight oats. But I could never find anything in store that ticked all the boxes: high-protein, wholesome ingredients, convenient, and genuinely delicious. So I started making them myself. After a while, I wanted to share it with others - and Oatvana began.

Based on the Gold Coast, each pouch is crafted with care using plant-based ingredients designed to keep you fuelled for hours. Our lives are busy, and eating well shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why every mix is simple to prep, easy to enjoy, and made to fit seamlessly into real routines.
