At Oatvana, every order is hand-packed with care on the Gold Coast, Australia. We do our best to get your oats to you quickly and in perfect condition.

Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days. 

Delivery Times

We currently ship Australia-wide via trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times:

• QLD & NSW: 2–5 business days

• VIC, SA, ACT: 3–7 business days

• WA, NT & TAS: 5–10 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Free shipping on all Australian orders over $75.

Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery’s journey.

Local Orders

If you’re based on the Gold Coast, keep an eye out for pop-up markets and local pickup options - we love meeting our customers in person!

Missing or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or you believe it’s been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@oatvana.com.au, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
